We have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few imporrant deadline dates that we ask you take note of:
















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside 16 rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL. PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS $300 PER ROOM BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE. 

- $300 PER ROOM DEPOSIT DUE NOVEMBER 5, 2023.

-2ND DEPOSIT (EQUIVALENT TO A 1-NIGHT STAY ON YOUR RESERVATION) DUE DECEMBER 28, 2023

- ALL REMAINING FINAL BALANCES DUE JANUARY 27, 2023

* ANY LATE PAYMENTS WILL INCUR A $25/PERSON PENALTY
